Welcome to the approved fanlisting for "I'm Not Okay" by My Chemical Romance. This was the first single released off of their first major label record, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, in 2004. There is two different versions of the music video for this track, the first featuring the original drummer, and the second with a replacement (Bob Bryar) who was not featured very much in the music video as he was not yet permanent. This song went with very little recognition until their second single, "Helena", and music video was released and gained the band more popularity.
